How do I safely handle my edition?
Once you receive your artwork, delicately unroll your print from the shipping tube and store in a safe place where the print won't fold or rip. We recommend you store your print flat and frame your print as soon as possible to avoid damage.
Do you offer framing?
Yes! We offer a range custom framing options. Pricing is based on the size of the artwork and can be added in the individual product page.
What materials are used for framing?
We exclusively use Larson-Juhl frame mouldings for our custom framing options. For the frame's glass, we use UV-filtering plexiglass which is lightweight, scratch-resistant, and shatter-resistant. Every frame comes with the necessary hardware and instructions to hang your print.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Is my information secure?
Our entire site is run over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so all your information is secure under 128 bit SSL encryption. For payment processing we're PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant which means sensitive card data is never handled by us. It goes directly to the our payment processor’s servers and we never have access to your card information.

How much is shipping?
For framed and unframed orders we charge flat shipping rates which varies by location.

When will my order ship?
All unframed orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra 3-5 days for framed orders.
How is my order shipped?
All orders will be shipped through FedEx.
How is my order packaged?
Unframed prints will be shipped in a tube and framed prints will be shipped in a box.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can see where your print is every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are set by the government of the destination country. We cannot discount customs duties or reimburse you for these costs.
